Fear is a powerful force.So is love.Both overwhelm me, stop me in my tracks, disrupt the flow of life.One contracts the other expands.Expanding takes courage to embrace; where as contracting and smallness feels easier.How do I harness the expansiveness I feel when I am loving you? That wild abandon of wanting to move toward you?Today, I will allow the teeter totter between fear and love to go in slow motion. Gently guide my fear to a manageable pace, where the love can salute the fear: I see you fear.
