A commission project includes:

• 1:1 discussion around the meaning of love notes, your experience with sharing your love and where the commissioned piece will “live” in your space

• Shipping of piece to your home

• Timeline: 6 weeks

• Because this project is collaborative, project specifics can be adjusted.

An installation project varies wildly in scope, with love note signage installed along with a love notes station, for employees and guests to use to make their own love notes.

A commission can be adjusted to fit your needs and follows a standard timeline, including:

• Meeting to learn about your experience with love notes, as well as your goal for the installation

• Site visit to discuss flow of the space, meet staff and take measurements 

• Creation of art pieces, along with station for love notes to be written

• Installation week 

• Timeline: 3 months

There are infinite ways we can co-create this space together. To give you a better sense of scope and investment, for the Compassion Revolution Conference, I worked with organizers to: 

• Meet with client to learn about the values of their organization, conference history and structure, and goals for the installation, etc

• Site visit to discuss flow of the space, meet staff and take measurements (may take place via Zoom with measurements shared)

• Create proposal for space

• Create 3-4 art pieces along with station for love notes to be written

• Installation

• Take Down

Some conference organizers may want me present during the event, to engage and talk with attendees. There is an additional day rate for this. Thank you for patronizing living artists! Your patronage empowers me to do this work.
