On her retirement.

Gladys retired from a long and successful career at UCSF. Her co-worker secretly organized this love note writing campaign and surprised her at a going away part with love notes from folks whose lives Glady's has touched all over the western United States.  He purchased a special wood box for her to take the love notes home in.I'd say this is better than any plaque.True love. True impact. Truly missed.
