Love note writing: National Transgender Health Summit

What a treat to be able to attend the National Transgender Health Summit in Oakland, CA. I collaborate with the organizers through my HIV/sexual health work and have been transformed myself through our work. When I learned I would be able to attend the Summit, I offered to write love notes during the poster sessions. Inspired and inpsiring notes were posted and many others taken home to share with loved ones, mentors, teachers and friends.  Read on and be inspired.
