How’s your heart?

I’d love a status update. It’s hard to intuit the contours of your heart from a distance. I miss being close & able to sense from the way you walk, tilt your head, or lower your eyes the general status of your heart center.

My heart seems to be beating louder. Or at least I’ve slowed enough to hear her.
