Dear Magic: 25 years of living & loving

We've been dreaming of writing love notes to Magic Johnson for years. What a treat to co-host this event with HIVE and Magic Johnson Foundation honoring  the 25th anniversary of his public HIV disclosure. With an East Bay and San Francisco crowd in attendance, we gathered in Oakland for some yummy food, brief presentations and lots of mixing to listen and learn.  After the event, we packaged up the pile of love notes and mailed them to Magic and Cookie.Part of the raffle prizes, two lucky attendees went home with signed copies of Cookie's new book, "Believing in Magic."
